Rent Collection
Per the tenancy agreement, rent is due and collected on the first of each month. There is no leniency for late payment and encourage open communication if unforeseen circumstances interfere with one's ability to meet their contractual obligations.

We prefer that rent be paid through electronic transfers (e-transfers) to the following email address: payments@wmecorp.ca
ALTERNATE PAYMENT METHODS
We also accept cash payment, bank drafts, and debt / credit card payments.
